Cancelation Policy

There are no refunds of the booking deposit for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment. For a full refund of the booking deposit, cancellations need to be done more than 48 hours in advance.

Appointments rescheduled less than 48 hours may have the booking deposit apply to the new appointment.We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment.
